Santa Fe Law Group represents individuals, businesses and organizations, including broad condominium and homeowner’s associations, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in a broad range of disputes and controversies, including disputes that involve land and real estate, commercial and residential construction, employment matters, business transactions, restrictive covenants, probate and zoning approvals. We represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as appellate tribunals and arbitrations. We also assist clients in the evaluation and resolution of disputes before a lawsuit has been filed, including representation in mediations and other alternative dispute resolution methods.
