Brecken N. Larson’s practice focuses on property and land use related matters, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, zoning, and water rights. She also assists clients with estate planning and business matters, including the formation of limited liability companies and community association governance.
Ms. Larson graduated with dean’s honors from Washburn University School of Law. Ms. Larson earned a Natural Resources Certificate while in law school and was an active council member for the Environmental Law Society. Her paper entitled “A Unified Approach to Tribal Probate Matters Involving Land Use” was a finalist in the American Indian Law Review’s 2017-18 writing competition.
Before and during law school, Ms. Larson worked as a legal assistant in a variety of legal settings, including private law firms, in-house corporate, and state department offices. Ms. Larson received her Bachelor of Science in Education, with a focus in History/Government from Pittsburg State University in 2012.
Outside of the office, Ms. Larson spends her time trail running, learning about different cultures, and baking.
