Seth Fullerton

Mr. Fullerton’s practice is focused primarily on Water Law, and he has provided legal services for the largest municipalities in the state, public school systems, private water systems, community well systems, homeowners associations, domestic well owners, farmers, and ranchers with respect to all aspects of water law.
Mr. Seth Fullerton is currently responsible for planning, acquisition, transfer, conservation efforts, and leasing of water rights. Mr. Fullerton is also involved in administrative hearings before the New Mexico State Engineer, appeals of such decisions, and has participated in proceedings before the New Mexico Court of Appeals, the New Mexico Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the District of New Mexico, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also very involved with the Aamodt, Aragon, Abbott, and Abeyta stream system adjudications.
Pursuits outside of firm activities include chairing one of Santa Fe’s oldest non-profits, spending time with his much-loved daughter and skiing every chance he gets.
