Melanie MacGillivray

Ms. MacGillivray has over 28 years of experience practicing in the areas of estate planning, real estate, and business law. She provides legal services related to all aspects of estate planning and administration, probate, business formations and transactions, as well as the development and purchases and sales of commercial, ranches, farms, vacant and residential properties throughout New Mexico.
In 2012, Ms. Melanie MacGillivray achieved the Martindale-Hubbell “AV” Peer Review Rated status, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.
When not assisting clients, Ms. MacGillivray serves on several non-profit boards reflecting both her interests and her commitment to the community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, watching hockey, cooking, reading, and hiking.
