Colin Cameron

Colin Cameron’s practice encompasses a variety of real estate and business matters, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, leasing, and financing. He also counsels clients on business and corporate law, including fine art, nonprofits, LLCs, and the purchase and sale of business assets.
Colin focuses his practice on the acquisition and disposition of real estate, as well as leasing, development, and real estate financing.
He assists developers and community associations in drafting covenants and with the formation and operation of condominium and homeowner associations.
In addition to residential and commercial buyers and sellers, his clients include property developers, ski resorts, museums and art galleries, owners of retail and other commercial properties, and small businesses.
Mr. Cameron is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. Prior to attending law school, he obtained a degree in American music history from the University of Colorado at Boulder and worked in music publishing in Nashville, Tennessee.
A past president of the First Judicial District Bar Association, he has been recognized through peer review by Best Lawyers and in Chambers USA. He received an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating in recognition of his strong legal ability and high ethical standards.
